How the scheme works:
The scheme itself works in two sections:-
- Section 1 - Non Maintenance - those customers who personally manage their pool
- Section 2 - Maintenance - For the Professional customers who run Pool Maintenance/Management companies.
Membership entitles you to our Special offers. Examples are shown below:

You will need to fill in your details for us on our forms, in order for your membership to be logged.
The forms can either be completed on line - see links below or in the Loyalty Bonus Scheme Menu, or you can complete a form in one of our shops.
On completion of the form, a membership card will be produced for you.
Please keep this on you when you visit us as we will ask to see this on purchase of any offers, or to take up the discounted prices.
For the Professional Customers - 'Maintenance' - You will be sent an introductory letter, as shown in and your special rates and discounted prices. Link to Form here
For the Non Maintenance Customers - an email will be sent to you of the current offers. Every month the new offers will be emailed to you. Link to Form here
